Sous Chef (31.03.23)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Sous Chef to be a key team member. The role will be to help develop our menu and train our kitchen team to get the best from them.
What to expect from us:
- In house accommodation (low rent required, but bill included)
- £31K, with bonus and tips available
- 28 Holiday days per year
- Working in a beautiful seaside location
What we expect:
- Previous experience at working a Sous chef level in a busy and fast paced environment
- Excellent presentation
- Clear communication
- Works well under pressure and to a high standard
- High standards of health and hygiene, and a thorough understanding of SFBB
- To be able to manage order, costings, and new menu development
